I became a naturopathic physician because I was drawn to a style of medicine that combines strong medical science with the time to truly listen and understand each patient as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. I enjoy helping people make sense of what is happening in their bodies and working together to create clear, realistic plans that support long-term health and wellbeing.
My practice focuses on mental health, fatigue, hormones, digestion, and metabolic health. Many of my patients are high-functioning adults balancing work, family, and daily responsibilities while quietly feeling burnt out, anxious, or not quite like themselves. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, understood in your experience, and supported with practical next steps that fit into real life.
I am especially interested in the connection between stress, sleep, hormones, energy, and mental health. I enjoy translating complex health information into care that feels approachable, collaborative, and sustainable.
Outside of the clinic, I am a mom of two young girls and spend much of my time trying to balance ambition with presence. I love good coffee, getting outside in nature, hiking local trails, traveling whenever possible, and I am always learning something new. These parts of my life shape how I practice medicine, with an appreciation for care that is compassionate, practical, and grounded.

I was drawn to the field of naturopathic medicine by a deep curiosity about the body as a complex biological network—how it heals, adapts, and restores balance. I’m passionate about helping people truly thrive, not just get by. My approach combines evidence‑based treatments with integrative, patient‑centered care. What excites me most about my work is supporting patients as they regain energy, confidence, and a deeper connection to their health.
I take a comprehensive approach to wellness that integrates physical, emotional, and mental health through the core foundations of nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress regulation. When appropriate, I also incorporate injection therapies, personalized hormonal optimization, and IV therapy to promote lasting vitality.
I’m particularly passionate about musculoskeletal medicine and the regenerative potential of PRP, prolotherapy, and ultrasound‑guided treatments.
Outside of my clinical practice, you can usually find me hiking with my dog, Rufus, practicing yoga, or exploring new travel destinations. My goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach their optimal health potential.

I’ve spent almost five years working as a nutrition coach, helping people build habits that feel realistic, sustainable, and supportive of their long-term health. My approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition, but what matters most to me is helping you apply it in a way that actually fits your life.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or rigid rules. Health looks different for everyone, and your goals, preferences, schedule, and challenges all matter. I take a collaborative approach to coaching, working with you to create changes that feel achievable and aligned with your lifestyle, not overwhelming.
Outside of work, I’m happiest when I’m moving or outdoors, whether that’s hiking, camping, running, or biking. I’m also a big foodie and love exploring different cultures through cooking. I’ve taken cooking classes in Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Morocco, and Spain, and those experiences continue to inspire how I think about food: nourishing, joyful, and meant to be shared.

I became a naturopathic doctor because I’m fascinated by the body’s ability to heal when given the right support. What excites me most about this work is helping people connect the dots between their symptoms, environment, lifestyle, and emotional well-being; it is very rewarding to watch my patients build real, lasting health from that understanding.
My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe health is a partnership, and I want you to feel empowered to make informed decisions about your care. I love digging into the “why” behind what’s happening in your body, whether that’s immune dysregulation, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, or chronic fatigue.
Before naturopathic medicine, I worked as a vision therapist, helping children and adults strengthen the brain–vision connection. That experience deepened my appreciation for how interconnected our systems are, and it’s something I carry into every patient interaction.
Right now, I’m continuing to expand my knowledge in immune regulation, autoimmunity, and hormonal health through ongoing education. I’m committed to staying current and evidence-informed so I can offer the best care possible.
Outside of the clinic, I’m happiest outdoors. I grew up on Vancouver Island and love snowboarding, camping, paddle boarding, weightlifting, and snuggling with my cat. I also enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and sharing good food with family and friends.

I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of performance, health, and longevity, how we can use exercise not just to feel good today, but to build resilience for decades to come. What drew me to this field is the power of objective data paired with thoughtful coaching. I love helping clients understand their physiology, whether that’s through VO₂ max testing, DEXA scans, or strength assessments, and translating those numbers into meaningful, actionable plans.
I’m especially “nerdy” about aerobic development, mitochondrial health, and the physiological differences between males and females in training and recovery. I believe that understanding these nuances allows us to train smarter, not just harder.
My approach is collaborative and education-focused. I want clients to leave sessions not only stronger, but more confident in understanding their bodies. Whether someone is training for performance, rebuilding after illness, or investing in long-term health, I aim to meet them where they’re at and build sustainable progress.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find me trail running, exploring the outdoors, or diving into the latest research on performance and longevity. Movement has always been a grounding force in my life, and I feel incredibly grateful to help others experience that same empowerment.

At the heart of my work is a core belief that extraordinary health begins with empowerment. I’m committed to giving people the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to care for themselves in a way that feels grounded, informed, and sustainable.
I was drawn to naturopathic medicine because it allowed me to combine science, curiosity, and genuine human connection. What excites me most is helping patients uncover the why behind their symptoms and witnessing the shifts that happen when they feel truly understood. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and rooted in clear communication. — I want my patients to feel heard, supported, and involved every step of the way.
I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to prevention science, hormone health, and anything related to optimizing daily well being. As a lifelong learner, I’m always diving into new research, courses, and clinical tools to serve my community better. My patients teach me endlessly, and I feel deeply grateful to do work that challenges, inspires, and fulfills me.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me exploring the beauty of Vancouver Island—cycling, traveling, strength training, or hiking with my beagle, Max, who keeps life joyful (and muddy!). I also enjoy writing blogs, newsletters, books and give lectures to make health education more accessible.
For new clients, I want you to know: I’m here to partner with you, meet you where you are, and support you in creating vibrant, resilient, and lifelong health.
